Establishment and operation of an internal review committee for subcontracting transactions- Holding yearly meetings of the internal review committee
- The committee deliberates in advance on the fairness of the contract signing and pricing process, the Subcontracting Act's legality, etc.
- The internal review committee deliberates in advance on the appropriateness of the criteria and procedures for registering and canceling supply (subcontracting) companies

Issuance and preservation of documents- Issuance of a written subcontract agreement
- Written contents: consignment date, contents, quantity and unit price, purpose of consignment, etc.
- Hankuk Carbon issues written contracts without delay after agreement of contract details with subcontractors.
- Documents are preserved in their original form when issued, delivered, or otherwise used.
- The contract subject keeps the document above for three years from the end of subcontract trades.
