Hankuk Carbon was founded in Busan in 1984 before moving to its current headquarters in Miryang, Gyeongnam, in 1988. Since then, we have become a leading local company with a substantial history. Mapo Branch

Mapo branch serves as Hankuk Carbon's financial headquarters and provides stable support for its management activities.

Mapo branch was first established in 1997 and initially operated as the Seoul branch until 2023 when it carried out various essential tasks such as strategic planning, management, and sales. With the establishment of the Innovation Incubation Center, the Mapo branch has been reorganized. It is located geographically close to Yeouido, the financial hub, and specializes in managing the cash flow necessary for company operations and fund execution.

Initially, our customers were primarily from the sports and leisure sector, including fishing gear and bikes. However, in line with our business expansion, the China branch has expanded its reach and now supplies composite materials to customers in the automotive, industrial, and medical applications sectors.
