Composites are becoming increasingly important as a material of the future and will significantly impact many aspects of our lives. Application Center's façade design resembles the weaving process of high-quality composite fabric, with a structure inspired by a bobbin wound with fiber. It aims to promote the brand's image as a composites firm through architectural design.

Various materials, such as GFRP, have been utilized as building materials to create functional harmony and express the building's aesthetic appeal. This practice is rooted in the idea of using all the materials available in the world for architecture, resulting in a distinct identity for the building.

Application Center applies sustainable architectural design, practicing Hankuk Carbon's environmental management philosophy. In November 2023, it received the green building certification G-SEED for reducing ecological load.

The building has achieved harmony with nature by applying low-carbon green materials and high-efficiency renewable energy systems inside and out. The building's façade features GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) panels that create a double-skin façade system, which enhances insulation effectiveness. Additionally, the use of triple-glazed Low-E (low emissivity) glass maintains a comfortable indoor atmosphere by reducing the cooling and heating load of the structure and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.
