상온 액상 열가소성 수지로 제조된 열가소성 탄소섬유 프리프레그입니다. 상온에서 함침에 유리하고 저온에서도 신속하게 반응하는 단량체에서 고분자화되는 과정을 거쳐서 제조하기에 비싼 제조 장치를 사용하지 않아도 제조가 가능합니다.
대부분의 열가소성 수지가 가지는 낮은 기계적 강도에 비하여 이 수지를 활용한 프리프레그는 에폭시 수지 수준의 높은 기계적 강도를 가집니다. 물론 기존의 열가소성 수지가 가지는 리사이클 가능한 점, 2차 열변형을 통한 가공, 보관에 대한 자유로움 등에 대한 특징 또한 모두 가지고 있습니다.
