한국카본은 Asahi-Kasei E-Materials와 제휴하여 1999년부터 감광성 드라이 필름을 가공, 판매하고 있습니다. 드라이 필름 레지스트는 동박 적층판에 밀착한 후 UV를 주사하여 전자 제품 내에 회로를 형성하는 인쇄 회로 기판(PCB) 제조에 필수적인 소재입니다.

원재료(Master Roll)를 구입한 뒤 한국카본에서 가공하여 국내 PCB 제조사 등으로 공급하고 있으며, 일반 PCB 분야뿐만 아니라 반도체 패키징 분야에도 제품을 공급하고 있습니다.
